The Seventh-day Adventist Church has been an official denomination since 1863.We seek to enhance quality of life for all people in our communities, adhering to the ideals described by the Bible. To call all people within its territory to become disciples of Jesus Christ, to proclaim the everlasting gospel embraced by the three angels’ messages (Revelation 14:6-12), and prepare them for Christ’s soon return.
Our Vision
Our vision for this triennium is “A Spirit led, Soul Winning, Nurturing, and Faithful Membership”. This vision statement simply means that, looking forward by the eye of faith, South Zimbabwe Conference sees all its members being Spirit led, winning souls and, nurturing both old and new converts, thus being faithful to the Great Commission; “Go yee therefore into the whole world and make disciples,” (Matt. 28: 18-20; Acts 1:8; Rev. 14:6-12). In essence this is the preferred future state and response, of the whole or total membership of the Conference, to the Great Commission by personally and individually saying
“I WILL GO”.
